What are the reasons I can return a giclee
print?
You may return your purchase if it meets any of the following
criteria:
- We sent you the wrong giclee print
- The giclee print you received is damaged during shipping
Requests for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
for any other reasons than those listed above will not be
accepted.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
There are no refunds; all sales are final. Returns will
be accepted if the above criteria is met for exchange only.
How much time do I have to contact Studio
Santa Cruz about returning my purchase?
We will issue a RMA to you if you contact us within 7 days
from the date that you received your shipment.
My merchandise meets the above criteria
for a return. How do I proceed?
Call us to notify Studio Santa Cruz of the date and reason

issue a RMA to you.

We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping
when you send us your return. Studio Santa Cruz will not
be responsible for returns lost during delivery if you do
